BITS, Pilani – Dubai, a branch campus of the internationally reputed BITS, Pilani, Rajasthan, India invites Applications for admission to the following Degree Programmes for the Academic year 2007 – 2008 commencing September 2007.

B.E. (Hons.) Computer Science
B.E. (Hons.) Electrical & Electronics Engineering
B.E. (Hons.) Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
B.E. (Hons.) Mechanical Engineering
B.E. (Hons.) Chemical Engineering

The programmes have the modular and flexible structure and the same syllabus and rigor of the corresponding B.E. (Hons.) degree programs of BITS, Pilani with a normal duration of 4 years. While these programmes are planned specially to cater to the educational requirements of the residents of Middle East , students from India are also eligible to apply. On successful completion of the programmes, students are awarded degrees from BITS, Pilani , India .

ELIGIBILITY:

The Candidates must have passed the requisite Qualifying Examination which is the Senior School Certificate Examination of CBSE, New Delhi , India or its equival4ent from any recognized State, National or International Examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and a minimum overall aggregate of 60%. The candidates must also have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Maths subjects. Adequate proficiency in English is essential.

Admission will be made purely on merit. The merit position of the candidates for admission will be based on the overall aggregate obtained by the candidates in the Qualifying Examination and not based on any Entrance test.
