VITEEE Past Trends, Cut-offs & Marks Distribution

This is an  objective type test and consists of  four parts-
Part I -Physics - 40 marks
Part II - Chemistry - 40 marks
Part III - Mathematics –40 marks
Part IV – Biology - 40 marks
Duration of examination is 2 hours 30 min.
Each question carries one mark and there is no negative mark for wrong ans

 

.The candidate should pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of 60% of marks, in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.
Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) candidates are eligible for all the courses (12 B.Tech degree courses)
Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) candidates are eligible only for B.Tech. Bioinformatics & Biotechnology Courses

ANALYSIS:

Taking a clue from the past trends, the cutoffs ( comprising of the 3 sections), the cutoffs vary around 85-95 out of the possible maximum 120 attempts.  this is just an idea and the cutoffs can vary with the difficulty levels every year. the questions are generally not very different from the aieee pattern and a thorough practice of mcq solving would help a great deal.
